We read every message that comes in. Whether you have found a bug, want to suggest a tool, or have a question about how something on the site works, you are welcome to get in touch.

Reporting a bug

Bug reports are much easier to act on with a little detail. If you can, include which tool you were using, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and which browser and version you were on. If a specific input triggered the problem, a small example that reproduces it is the single most useful thing you can send, though please remove anything sensitive first, since an email does leave your device even though the tools themselves do not.

Suggesting a tool

A good portion of what is on this site started as a suggestion. The main constraint is that a tool has to be able to run entirely in the browser. If it fundamentally requires a server, it does not fit here. Tell us what you are trying to do and how often you run into it, which helps us judge whether it is worth building.

Privacy and data questions

If you have a question about how the site handles data, or a request relating to your personal information, email us at the address above and we will respond. Our privacy policy covers what is collected through analytics and advertising, and what is not.

Response times

This site is maintained by a small team alongside other work, so replies usually take a few business days. We prioritise reports of tools producing incorrect results, since those affect anyone relying on them.

Please note that we cannot recover data processed in a tool. Because everything runs locally and nothing is transmitted or stored, we have no copy of anything you have worked on.
